This was the first year
that USA Wrestling-Utah had team championships at the state
tournament. In the week prior, the wrestlers, coaches and
parents started telling Coach Bill Kilpack (III) that, if the team
took the Team Championships in both styles, they would get to cut
off his pony tail.
They did just that.
