Top of the Heap

Jed Lee, 6, of Draper, won the Mountain Top Classic championship in July at Juan Diego Catholic High School in both freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. That finish, along with being a runner-up in both events at the Idaho Express Invitational, led to Jed being named Intermountain Champion for the Bantam division (ages 7 and 8).

His brother Matt Lee was named Outstanding Wrestler for the Midget division (ages 9 and 10) by winning the freestyle and Greco-Roman titles at the Mountain Top Classic. He also won the freestyle championship and was the runner-up in Greco-Roman at the Idaho Express Invitational which aided in his being named Intermountain Champion for his age division.
